Re: spoken vs. updating languages (aside, OT)
Somewhere in the theme hierarchy, this is set:
ol { list-style-type: decimal-leading-zero; }
(Line 557 on the streamlined CSS that is emitted.)
I added a snippet of custom CSS that put it back to decimal.
