If it's not in Bugzilla yet, it hasn't been prioritized yet -- some of the wishlist stuff might be quick enough to sneak in here and there, and some of it might be stuff that someone wandering by finds interesting enough to do earlier. (I haven't entered it all into bugzilla yet because people are still going through suggestions.)
