Hahaha, so did I! I've read every single page and made sure everything was correct and that I actually understood what was written as well, before signing any of the contracts for the land, the build, etc. When earlier in the process of buying our (new-to-be-build) house someone at the realtors office mentioned that often they have people come in to sign closing contracts who haven't even read the contracts their signing.. I was simply stunned.
