That's both hilarious and kind of frightening! Good for you for pointing them out to the landlords. Recently friends of mine moved into an apartment where the lease told them they can't have a hibachi grill on the roof. ... I don't think they did anything about it since they don't have a hibachi, but it makes me wonder what might have happened in the past to make the landlord put that on the lease!
