The difficulty with that is how fine-grained should it be? I've noticed that with Twitter aggregates, they're collected daily at the end of the day, by which time they are mainly confusing and irrelevant, especially if the person has already made a proper post about the events that caused the twits.

Then again, I've yet to come across anyone who likes reading Twitter updates on a journal - if they like Twitter updates they usually subscribe to Twitter directly.
