Given that I don't use tags or social bookmarking already, I may have some stupid questions here:
- Am I going to be locked out of this use entirely? In other words, am I going to have to learn to use tags if I want to bookmark anything on DW?
- If someone bookmarks one of my entries, will that create a tag on my entry? Will it be visible to me as the journal owner? To anyone who sees my post? Is it going to create a new entry in my journal's tags list without my permission? Will I be notified in any way?
I hate to harsh anybody's squee, and it's not going to drive me away from the site if someone bookmarks an entry of mine. I'm just weird about stuff like this and would like to know in advance what I'd see and/or experience without participating directly.
