Basically what it means is, many feeds have images in the entries that show ads. We don't do anything to strip these ads out of the feeds--that is, make a smart parser that looks for images that are ads and takes them out. We do strip content that could carry a security risk, like Javascript, but the purpose is not to take out ads!
